Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You can track you order by following the link via our web page − Go into www.nationwideexpress.ie and type in your tracking number which will be provided by Bellissimo Ideas on the day of order dispatch.
Q: Can I return edible items?
A: Due to the nature of these items edible favors cannot be returned and are non-returnable as they cannot be resold.
Q: Can Bellisssimo Ideas deliver to hotels?
A: Wedding Favours can be delivered to hotels in the Dublin area on the morning of your wedding. The Favours can be placed on tables or can be presented in a decorated basket. This service will incur an additional fee.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
A: All pre-made favours will be dispatched on receipt of payment. All hand crafted favours can take up to 4 weeks to assemble.
Q: Out of stock products?
A: All favours are subject to availability at time of placing your order. If a product is out of stock we, at Bellissimo Ideas, will contact the customer by email or phone and if the customer does not wish to proceed with the order they will be fully refunded. Out of stock products can take up to 6 weeks to restock.
Q: Do you provide product samples?
A: With the selection of favours we offer it can be hard to decide on what favour/gift to buy. Offering samples of our range will help you to make this decision. We try to offer samples of all of our products however, please note that some products cannot be ordered as samples. You can order a sample by selecting the quantity "1" and proceeding to checkout. You will be charged the price of the product plus delivery costs.
