PAYMENTS

Payment can be made by PayPal via our online shop. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received. PayPal gives you a secure way to pay online. With PayPal, information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Your personal information is stored with PayPal on their servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal do not directly connect firewall-protected servers to the internet. Payment can also be made via Cheque or Postal Order. All Cheques must be cleared before goods are dispatched. Please make cheque or Postal Orders payable to "Bellissimo Ideas"

LEAD TIME

Handcrafted products can take up to 4 weeks to make, so if your order is urgent please advise us and we will try and accommodate you as best we can.

SAMPLES

With the selection of favours we offer it can be difficult to decide on what favour / gift to buy. Offering samples of our range will help you to make this decision. We try to offer samples of all of our products however, please note that some products cannot be ordered as samples. You can order a sample by selecting the quantity "1" and proceeding to checkout. You will be charged the price of the product plus delivery costs.

FAULTY / DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS RECEIVED

You can always return goods if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. We must be notified within 2 working days of any items received defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. Simply return the damaged goods to Bellissimo Ideas using An Post's recorded parcel delivery service and we will issue a replacement if available or if required by the customer.
